Overview
The Visionbay.ai business card system follows a clear two-sided structure designed to balance information clarity and brand expression. The front side prioritizes professional communication of identity and contact details, while the reverse side serves as a controlled brand surface.
Front / Reverse Rules
Front
The front side is dedicated to the presentation of personal and corporate information. All content must follow the approved hierarchy, alignment, and spacing rules to ensure readability and consistency.
Reverse
The reverse side functions as a brand-only surface. It may contain approved brand graphics, logo usage, affiliated branding, or QR code elements, but must not include personal or operational information.
General Rules
- Only officially approved Visionbay.ai logo files, colors, and typefaces may be used.
- Layout proportions, spacing relationships, and content hierarchy must not be altered.
- Sufficient contrast must be maintained for print legibility.
- All business cards must be produced according to the official dimensions and print specifications defined in this guideline.
Typography & Color Usage
- English and numerals: Outfit
- Traditional Chinese: Taipei Sans TC
- Font sizes, weights, and hierarchy are predefined for each information level.
- Font substitution, arbitrary resizing, or style replacement is not permitted.
- Only official Visionbay.ai brand colors may be used.
- Unapproved gradients, decorative effects, or non-system colors are not allowed in card content areas.
Dimensions & Printing Specifications
The business card format is defined as a landscape card with controlled information zones and a mandatory safety margin. Critical content must remain inside the designated layout boundary to avoid trim risk and preserve visual consistency.
