Communication System v1.5

Email Signature

This section defines the structural logic, feature options, and output principles for Visionbay.ai email signature applications.

Overview

The Visionbay.ai email signature system is designed to provide a consistent and professional closing identity across digital correspondence. It must balance readability, brand clarity, implementation practicality, and compatibility with common email environments.

Structure and Layout

The signature system is built on a controlled horizontal layout with clearly separated content layers, including identity, contact information, and optional promotional or supporting modules.

The layout must preserve:

  • clear hierarchy
  • readable spacing
  • consistent alignment
  • restrained visual density

Core Rules

  • Only approved logo assets and brand colors may be used.
  • Typography must remain simple, legible, and consistent with the broader communication system.
  • Signature width must remain controlled to prevent layout breakage in email clients.
  • Optional modules must not overwhelm the primary identity and contact content.
  • The signature must remain usable in plain corporate communication contexts.

Feature Logic

The system may support optional switches or feature combinations depending on communication needs, including:

  • with or without promotional banner
  • with or without secondary contact details
  • with or without affiliated branding
  • role-based or department-based variations

All optional features must remain within the approved structural limits of the system.

Output Principles

  • The signature should remain visually stable in common desktop and webmail environments.
  • HTML-safe implementation is preferred for live usage.
  • Image dependencies should be minimized where possible.
  • Fallback behavior should remain acceptable if certain visual modules do not load.
  • Any exported static preview should match the approved layout logic.

Reference Notes

The signature reference visuals illustrate both the structural layer logic and the feature/output combinations available within the system.
