This section defines the standard envelope system for Visionbay.ai corporate correspondence, including size variants, logo placement, margin behavior, and document alignment principles.

Overview

The Visionbay.ai envelope system extends the brand identity into mailed and enclosed correspondence materials. Each envelope format follows the same structural logic while adapting to different physical dimensions and practical mailing needs.

Shared Rules

  • All envelope formats must use officially approved logo assets and brand colors.
  • Logo placement must remain aligned to the designated identity zone.
  • Margins and address areas must remain visually clear and functionally usable.
  • No decorative elements may interfere with mailing information or production requirements.
  • Each size variant must preserve the same overall brand logic while adapting proportionally to its format.

DL Envelope

The DL envelope format is designed for standard folded A4 correspondence and compact branded mailings.

C5 Envelope
