Overview

The Visionbay.ai letterhead serves as a standardized layout for formal communication materials such as proposals, agreements, announcements, and official correspondence. Its purpose is to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand integrity across all document-based touchpoints.

Header Identity Zone

The Header Identity Zone is reserved exclusively for primary brand identification and is fixed at a height of 30 mm. This area must remain visually stable and must not be compressed, extended, or repurposed for body content.

Extended Information Zone

Additional company information may extend vertically into the Extended Information Zone, provided that it does not alter the structure, height, or alignment of the Header Identity Zone.

This allows the system to accommodate practical operational needs while preserving the hierarchy of the brand layout.

Document Size and Layout Notes

• Document size: A4 (210 × 297 mm)
• Minimum safety margin: 15 mm on all sides
• Primary content column start: 22.5 mm from the left edge
• Logo and body text should align to the same structural axis
• No critical content may extend beyond the designated safe boundary
