Press Release
This section defines the structural layout, content flow, and approved visual variants for Visionbay.ai press release materials.
Overview
The press release system is designed to support formal announcements while maintaining a strong and controlled brand presence. It provides a consistent framework for identity placement, meta information, content hierarchy, and optional visual emphasis treatments.
Header Identity Zone & Meta Information Band
The Header Identity Zone has a fixed height of 30 mm and is reserved exclusively for primary brand identification. Its alignment, structure, and height must not be altered.
The Meta Information Band accommodates supporting information such as:
- press release label
- date
- media contact details
A recommended initial vertical offset of 16 mm is provided for media contact content. This offset is a starting reference and may extend vertically as needed depending on content length.
Content Start Area
The main content area does not have a fixed vertical starting position. However, the following principles must always be observed:
- Content must not intrude into the Header Identity Zone.
- Content must align horizontally with the primary content column.
- Clear visual separation must be maintained between the header/meta areas and the main article content.
- Readability and document hierarchy must take priority over decorative balance.
Active Layout Variants
Variant A —Brand Gradient Emphasis
Emphasizes the Visionbay.ai core blue gradient system. Suitable for major announcements, technology milestones, and flagship launches where strong brand presence is desired.
Variant B —Image-led Narrative
Introduces a key visual or architectural image as the narrative entry point. Suitable when contextual storytelling or subject-specific imagery strengthens the release.
